We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to join our growing team and lead technical staff, and supports architectural and structural design, field operations, and continuous staff development.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises technical staff and manages daily operations.
- Schedules work, monitors performance, and handles logistics and supplies.
- Conducts staff training, mentoring, and in-house workshops.
- Performs estimating, drafting, and technical drawings (manual and AutoCAD).
- Carry out field inspections, measurements, and technical presentations.
- Prepares technical reports.
- Performs basic architectural and structural design for residential, light commercial, and light industrial projects.
- Uses engineering software such as STRAP 2020, Vertex 3D, and STAADPro.
- Conducts performance reviews and recommends improvements.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Job Qualifications
- A graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Architecture, and other related courses.
- A license in engineering or architecture is an advantage.
- More than 3 years of experience in engineering or architectural work, either design or construction, or both
