We are looking for a Material Control Supervisor to join our growing team in Trece Martires City, Cavite!
If you have a strong background in inventory and material management, and are ready to step into a leadership role, this is your chance to play a key part in overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, and production support in a dynamic steel manufacturing environment.
As our Material Control Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise and monitor inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and issuance of materials
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy
- Implement effective stock control systems and procedures
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile variances
- Analyze usage trends to optimize stock levels and reduce wastage
- Maintain updated records of all material movements and transactions
- Lead and train material control staff to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or any related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in material control, inventory, or warehouse supervision
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
- Knowledgeable in inventory systems, documentation, and reporting
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Willing to work on-site in Trece Martires City, Cavite
- Can start immediately
