We are looking for an Inventory Supervisor to oversee accurate tracking and recording, and manage inventory levels to meet production demands and optimize storage space.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares overall monthly inventory report for the Head Office and branches.
- Conduct monthly physical inventory in the Warehouses.
- Prepare overall variance analysis for the Head Office inventory flow & branches.
- Prepare overall variance analysis from materials to finished goods & branches.
- Monitor selling price against acquisition costs.
- Prepare costing to be used for inventories.
- Review transaction edit lists from the warehouse to check for potential errors.
- Verify the unit cost used in the Purchase Order.
- Report/Analyze discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of work experience as an Inventory Supervisor in the manufacturing industry.
- Preferably with experience in Costing.
- Proficiency in SAP Accounting Software is an advantage.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
- Can start immediately.
