We’re looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify new construction projects and potential clients through fieldwork, lead generation, and industry networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project decision-makers
- Promote company products, gather project leads, and close sales opportunities
- Assist in preparing quotations and coordinating order details with internal teams
- Monitor project progress and relay timely updates and client feedback
- Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and relevant industry events
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Construction-related course
- With or without experience in sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, goal-driven, and enthusiastic about sales
- Proactive, persistent, and confident in pursuing leads and closing deals
- Willing to conduct regular fieldwork
- Must be willing to report on-site in Quezon City
- Can start ASAP
