We’re looking for a driven Accounts Payable Staff to join our growing team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately and timely for check and non-check payables, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and assist in reconciling inventory records with actual stock on hand.
- Prepare and process payment transactions while maintaining accurate records of accounts payable activities.
- Analyze General Ledger (GL) accounts to verify the accuracy and completeness of accounting entries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related courses
- With more than 1 year experience in Accounts Payable
- Knowledgeable in SAP system.
- Computer literate, organized and keen to details, and can work under minimum supervision
