We’re looking for a driven RECRUITMENT & PERSONNEL RELATION SUPERVISOR to join our growing team!
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, or equivalent Course
• At least 2-3 years in recruitment and employee relations, preferably in a Supervisory role.
• Strong Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and candidate assessment.
• Experience conducting interviews, psychological assessment, onboarding, employee orientation and engagement programs.
• Familiar with DOLE regulations, and employee relations practices.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels and facilitate job fairs.
• Evaluate applicant qualifications and make hiring recommendations.
