Duties and Responsibilities
Major:
- Updating Of Sales & Monitoring of payments daily;
- Monitoring of DR series & DR/SI Summary report update;
- Creating Sales Invoices in ACCPAC,
- Encoding and printing of Sales Invoice- Manual/ ACCPAC,
- Encoding and updating of AR jacket of clients and maintaining a file per client (which consists of approved terms, CM DM, APUF, SRS, and request letters) regularly.
- Preparing and monitoring of AR adjustment (EWT, freight charges, and other AR Adjustment):
- Pairing and collating of documents –SI/DR for transmittal to H.O;
- Updating month-end reports (as per H.O schedule):

- Accounts Receivable;
- Summary of top 10 clients & new account;
Minor:
- Preparing of ACCPAC master file- new account and updating client monitoring summary,
- Issuing of OR/PR to clients, in the absence of Treasury clerk & BA;
- Accept & remit collections to the focal points of Finance, in the absence of BA/AR:
- Coordinating with Branch Accountant and Branch Manager;
- Performing other duties as may be assigned.
Job Qualification:
- Education: Accounting Grad or any related course
- Experience / Training: With or without experience
- Other Skills/ Abilities: Computer literate, with communication skills
