We are looking for a Technical Assistant to support our operations team with documentation, coordination, and technical-related tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing technical reports, documentation, and drawings
- Coordinate with production, QA, and engineering departments on technical matters
- Monitor project timelines and update progress reports
- Maintain records of materials, drawings, and revisions
- Assist in inventory monitoring and checking material specs
- Perform data entry and analysis for production tracking
- Provide support during audits and inspections
- Help ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any technical, engineering, or industrial-related course
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical or administrative support role (manufacturing background is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); basic knowledge of CAD is an advantage
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work on-site and support operations as needed (Tibungco Davao)
