We are hiring a General Accounting Associate to join our finance team in Cebu!

Responsibilities:
- Process journal entries, payables, receivables, and other day-to-day accounting tasks
- Coordinate with Procurement for verification and matching of Purchase Orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Assist in cost tracking, inventory reconciliation, and project expense monitoring
- Reconcile accounts with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
- Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting
- Help prepare documentation for audits and regulatory compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate encoding and filing of accounting records
- Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams for inventory and costing validation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related course
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction company is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of PO processing and invoice matching
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Willing to work on-site in Cebu City
- Must be a licensed CPA with 3-5 years of experience in General Accounting
- Can start immediately
